Please contact her before your stay to arrange a meeting time for your arrival and departure.  <br><br>She will be available throughout your stay to assist with any requests (cleaning, babysitting, stocking the fridge, etc.) <br><br>Marie can welcome you starting at 4:00 p.m., depending on availability and any cleaning that needs to be done.   <br><br>Marie can welcome you until 8:00 p.m. After that, you’ll be charged 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight) <br><br>You must vacate the house by 10:00 a.m. If you’d like to stay later in the day—and if it’s possible—feel free to ask (you’ll be charged 10 euros per hour)  <br><br><br><br>TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br><br>—————————— <br><br><br><br>Cleaning is included in the rate (3 hours of cleaning; beyond that, 20€ per hour) <br><br>Smokers are welcome, but please use the terrace! <br><br><br><br>Pets are not allowed. <br><br><br><br>See you soon in Penthièvre
