It is located in Saint Pierre d'Oléron, quiet, at the foot of the cycle paths and close to shops, the city center and the covered market (3min). The port of La Cotinière and its beaches are 10 minutes away. This villa is a unique, comfortable and peaceful place.<br><br>It includes a large living room of 110m2 with living room, living room and fully fitted and equipped open kitchen. It is based on the real regime of 2.31 euros per night and per adult.<br>The amount of the security deposit is up to 2,000 euros + a security deposit for the household of 500 euros.<
