For everyone’s comfort and safety, the chalet is subject to a few simple rules:

🐾 No pets allowed

🤝 Respect the neighbors - Lower the noise after 10 pm A curfew is in effect starting at 10:00 PM. After this time, no noise or gatherings are permitted outside.

❌ Parties and events are strictly prohibited

🔞Guests must be 25 years of age or older, or be accompanied by adults who meet the minimum age requirement.

🚭 No smoking inside

♨️ Responsible use of the hot tub and fireplace

⚠️ Maximum capacity: 16 people, including visitors.

Any additional person must be authorized beforehand. Exceeding the maximum capacity is considered a serious violation of the rental agreement and may result in the termination of the stay without a refund. Additional fees or cleaning charges may also apply.
