Gite on 2 levels in the owner's house including a second gite. Common entrance with the second gites. 1st floor: living room-kitchen lounge area (1 sofa bed for 2 people), bathroom (bathtub), separate WC. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), 1 mezzanine with sloping ceilings (3 single beds including 1 bunk) giving access by a miller's ladder to a second mezzanine with 2 single beds, bathroom water (shower/WC). Balcony with direct access to the common ground with the second gite. Ideally located 400m from the Bottières slopes to reach the resort of La Toussuire and the Sybelles ski area in winter. In summer, many marked hiking and mountain biking trails departing from the gîte will allow you to discover this side of the Villards valley! Country house located 100m from the slopes of Bottières linking La Toussuire / Domaine Les Sybelles, 1st ski area in the Maurienne valley! For a stay of a week or a short stay, take advantage of this very sunny side, close to the ski slopes and marked trails of the resort, nature gateway to the Sybelles area!
