"Beautiful property and surroundings but the rooms are very basic and not clean. We had plumbing issues that weren't fixed during our stay and the breakfast was less than desirable. If you only need a place to sleep then it's okay, but very lacking for anything more."

"The view from the property overlooking the sea was beautiful and phenomenal. The room space was sufficient and clean. What I didn’t like was the fact that to get there, the drive up to the house was very steep and if you don’t know how to handle the drive, it’s problematic. The second thing I didn’t like was that while the property boasted about having a pool, it was only when me and my family arrived we were informed that the pool wasn’t working due to not filtering properly. "The Air condition and Tv work, but no INTERNET/ 2 Queens size bed, of which one of the bed blocks the entrance to bathroom. Electric kettle with no set up for hot beverages. The refrigerator remained unplugged because there was nowhere to plug it. No electrical outlet in the bathroom and no shelves, table, chair, desk or storage space. There was a lot of uninvited guest and people sleeping in the sofa of the lobby."

"Great Huts is now my favorite place to stay in my favorite parish, Portland. It was the most unique experience. A lot of thought placed in blending the manmade with the natural. Views from the cliffs are a feast for the eyes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Special recognition to Chef Sammy!"

"Check in was non-traditional which was a welcome change from going to a hotel reception desk. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, however limited amenities so do travel with your own. Great location and overall cozy atmosphere. Will visit again!"

"The Sea Cliff hotel is situated in a nice spot in Portmore. The scenery was stunning; however, what let the hotel/resort down was that the room had only cold water, and all three rooms I booked had cold water. The restaurant was pricy and the food wasn’t great. The pool wasn’t cleaned covered in dead leaves etc. The receptionist was accommodating allow a fridge to be placed in one room, allowing us to keep our drinks cool. However, I don't think I would recommend staying here; maybe have drinks,...
