With its breathtaking sea views and direct access to the beach, this villa offers a unique experience, as if you were staying on a boat floating on the water. Combining old-world charm with modern comforts, it can accommodate up to 7 people. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival, and there is free wifi.

It is laid out as follows over three floors:

Ground floor:
- Entrance hall and hallway
- Bright living room with decorative fireplace and sea view, television, dining table seating seven people
- Separate, fully equipped and fitted kitchen

First floor:

- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x200) with direct access to the balcony with sea view
- Bedroom 2: adjoining bedroom 2 with a single bed
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, balcony with sea view
- 1 bathroom with toilet, towel dryer.

Second floor:

- Bedroom 4: double bed (160x200) with balcony overlooking the sea.
- Bedroom 5: double bed (140x200), no window.
- One bathroom with shower.

Basement:
- Laundry room with washing machine, boiler room.
- An additional refrigerator.

Neighborhood and transportation:

The villa is ideally located in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the Rocabey market, which is a 10-minute walk away and open every Thursday and Saturday.

- Free public parking is available on the street.
- Palais du Grand Large is 900m away.
- Intra-Muros, the historic town, can be reached on foot in 20 minutes along the seafront, by bike in 10 minutes, or by bus in 5 minutes.
- St Malo train station is 1km away, a 15-minute walk.
- Nearest bus stop: “DIGUE” served by bus lines 3 and 9.
- Surf school 15 minutes' walk away (Surf School)
- Walks, bike rides, or rollerblading on the seawall
- Thermes Marins 15 minutes' walk away

Other remarks:
- First line to the sea: caution recommended during high tides (specific instructions will be provided upon arrival).
- Three floors, no elevator.
- One of the rooms on the second floor has no window.
- One pet accepted on request when booking, at a rate of €30/stay.
- 4/5-star hotel quality sheets and towels are provided, and your bed will be made on arrival, included in your booking.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Non-smoking accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as washing and putting away dishes.
