We did have a front desk lady come in at 8:35PM, and tell us our THREE kids needed to be quiet in the pool because the room beside the pool was trying to sleep, but just 20 minutes before that, the pool was at full capacity due to a birthday party. "While the staff was five starts, the property is a bit run down. No ice or vending machines where there is signage. When I went to the loby to ask, I then had to go to the only ones on the second floor. When I entered my room the tv was on and a butt indentation was on the bed...maybe a break??"

"The rooms are not clean they seem to be rushed. Hair on the ceiling, clogged sink, dust in. Vanity bathroom, hair on the TV, humidity in. The bathroom wall paper seems to have a bit of mold growing. Convenience for location, staff is friendly, but the rooms are not cleaned properly. "

"Paid for king suite, manager Andre called day of check in and informed me I could not get suite. He gave me king room with no view, said he could not refund difference but would comp a meal at restaurant. Never got meal. Nice hotel, service leaves a lot to be desired."
