Villa description:

On the ground floor, the first accommodation features a large bright living area, with a fully equipped open kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine. The lounge area, equipped with a television, invites moments of relaxation. This accommodation also includes three bedrooms: two with a double bed on the ground floor and one with four bunk beds. Upstairs, an additional bedroom with a double bed completes this space.



The second accommodation, located upstairs with an independent entrance, offers a bright veranda and a pleasant living room. The kitchen is separate and well equipped, and the bathroom has a toilet. This accommodation offers two large bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, the other with a 140x190 bed. A sofa bed of 130x190 in the living room allows for additional sleeping arrangements.



Outdoor areas and amenities:

The villa offers a large terrace equipped with garden furniture, ideal for outdoor meals. The spacious garden is perfect for relaxing, playing or simply enjoying the sun. A bike path is located in the immediate vicinity, allowing you to explore the surroundings. Wi-Fi connection is free, and pets are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the vacation together.



Ideal Location:

The villa benefits from an exceptional location, just 300 meters from the beach and 200 meters from shops such as a bakery, a small supermarket, a rotisserie, bars and restaurants, as well as a tobacco shop. The local market, held on Mondays and Thursdays, is also nearby. Here, everything can be done on foot or by bike.
