You will love our cozy and charming 104 m2 Villa - the perfect home base for your vacation on the Atlantic Coast! Enjoy the peaceful and forested location, 2km from the trendy shops, delicious restaurants and attractions of Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Soak up the sun on the fine close-by sand beaches : Les Demoiselles beach is only a 7- minute drive away and Les Mouettes beach is 8 minutes away by car. We highly recommend that you sit out on your terrace with a glass of wine after your wonderful day by the beach!

There are 4 BEDROOMS in our villa, one on the ground floor and three upstairs. There are two bedrooms with a Double bed (160) each, the third bedroom contains 2 Single beds, and the fourth bedroom contains a Bunk bed.
Get ready for the day ahead in the 2 BATHROOMS. The bathroom upstairs features a bathtub and the bathroom downstairs contains a shower. If you're travelling light, towel and bed linen are available for rental upon your arrival!
The open-concept LIVING AREA is comfortable and features simple decor. Kick back on the cozy sofa and read a good book, or watch a movie on the TV for an extra charge. Keep clean with the Washing Machine in your villa.
Step outside onto your private and spacious TERRACE that opens onto your private unheated POOL, open depending on weather conditions. Enjoy pool heating upon request for an additional charge to take advantage of this lovely feature on cooler days. Or, relax in the warm sunshine in your Garden area!
Prepare meals in the Full KITCHEN, including a dishwasher, an oven, ceramic hobs (or gaz stove), a fridge/freezer, and a complement of dishware and utensils. Enjoy your meals around the lovely dining table with seating, or eat outside on the terrace. If you're wanting to cook within the comforts of your unit, the Vival by Casino supermarket can be found a 4-minute drive away!

LOCAL FAVOURITES:
While visiting, we highly recommend driving an hour to visit the historic and beautiful city of Nantes. Roche-sur-Yon is another city set in an iconic Vendée landscape, certainly worth the drive. Our golfers will love the 72 par golf course just outside of town bordering the turquoise blue ocean. We love the market days in Saint-Jean-de-Monts on Wednesdays and Saturdays - indulge in regional delicacies such as cheese, fish and bread! At the end of a wonderful day, head to the coastline and try the mussels at À Chacun son Moule, a 10-minute drive away. In the mornings, we love the fresh bread and pastries at Aux Pains de Florette in town.
