The pool is equipped with a residential heater; however, please note that residential pool heaters are only designed to effectively heat and maintain water temperature when outdoor temperatures are consistently above 65°F. During colder weather, especially below this threshold, the heater may run but will not be able to maintain the desired temperature. Pool temperature is also dependent on overall weather conditions, including cold fronts and wind.

Home away from home

We wanted to come down to Pine Island for a quick get away, but wanted to bring our little furry child. When we found this home, it looked perfect. But could it be? It was. We truly enjoyed our visit. Hoping to come back again soon. Biking, kayaking, dining (in and out), all good. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

The house was the perfect size for our group. The outdoor living space was very nice and the pool was great! The kitchen was nicely equipped and the open concept floor plan worked great for gathering. The location was great and we would definitely visit again!

House was updated, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Appliances were all new, and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Pool deck was large and pool was perfect temperature. Over all a great stay for my family.

Perfect Getaway!

We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our family of 3. Very well maintained, seemed newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. Brought our boat and kept it on the lift. Easy access to the beautiful gulf coast barrier islands. Enjoyed the pool after boating all day. We will definitely be back!

Great location and recently renovated - loved the design/decor and would have given 5 stars, but we thought the pool would be heated and it was not. We did not have a contact number, but tried emailing the property manager and didn't hear back. Overall great house and would rent again in summer months.

Super cute & comfortable

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway with our beloved dog and this place filled the bill perfectly. The home is so cute, comfortable and well-appointed. The location was very peaceful and pretty and even though it rained - we made great use of the pool after sundown. We would love to revisit again in the future.
