Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 25 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 25 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area.
- Separate WC

Basement with access via a spiral staircase:
- Master bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- One bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed without a ladder (difficult to access)
- En-suite bathroom with shower and vanity unit

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 16m² balcony with garden furniture and plancha to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, in a very pleasant environment in front of the beach and close to the town center (5 minutes on foot). All essential shops are nearby, including a bakery, supermarket, crêperies/restaurants, bistros, wine cellar, souvenir store and weekly market on Fridays. A straw hut open in summer opposite the residence.
