Our cottage with a capacity of 5 to 7 people welcomes you in a calm and warm atmosphere, combining traditional charm (renovation and decoration with natural materials) and modern comfort (complete and recent equipment, wifi access; ..).

On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room (lounge / dining room), a utility room, a separate toilet.

Upstairs, 1 mezzanine with BZ bench (140 bed comfortable for 2 people), 1 double bedroom (140 bed), 1 triple bedroom (3 single beds 90, possibility of 1 bed 180/1 bed 90), 1 shower room ( shower, WC, sink).

Outside, 1 common courtyard (for parking cars among others), 1 private equipped garden, 1 room (for storing wood, garden furniture, barbecue ...).

A pleasant place for walking or cycling, an ideal starting point for visiting all of eastern Cher (Bourges, Sancerre, Apremont / Allier, Bec d'Allier ...) or western Nièvre (Nevers, Magny Cours, La Charité s / Loire ...).
