"The room was immaculate upon our arrival and the breakfast was a typical normal continental breakfast. The view was exceptional and the location for our cruise terminal was superb. All in all - it was a wonderful place to stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer or arrived earlier to investigate ..."

"Nice location and really nice and clean room. Staff were mainly excellent. Breakfast staff manageress could have been a little more welcoming. The only real downside for me was a lack of options on the dinner menu, but Oxford Street is just around the corner, with plenty of eating options"

"This was in a great location but unfortunately the lift had broken a month before we arrived and no one informed us. We found walking up 5 flights of stairs not the easiest and wish we had been informed. The air conditioning didn’t work either though we did have a fan. The heat in the room was ..."
