    Our Ocean Front home is One of a kind on Fripp Island. Located on Porpoise Drive, we sit right on the rocks with the Atlantic Ocean as your backyard. Be mesmerized as you watch the waves rocks and breathe in the clean salt air!

    When you rent our home, we include a stylish, lifted limousine golf cart with seat belts, paddle boards and vests, kayaks, electric bikes, regular bikes, ping-pong table, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, yoga mats, tennis & pickleball supplies, a fire table on the back porch and a fire pit out in the yard. We want to make sure you are well supplied for tons of fun!

    All new beds, luxury linen upgrades, all new kitchen tools, mini appliances added and many spices & oils for your cooking needs.

    Coastal decor, rugs, living room furniture! We added curtains throughout the house for added comfort.

    This spacious property has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. With close proximity to all of Fripp Islands best attractions and activities, this is an ideal retreat for beach-goers and golfers alike. Best views on the island and one of the most beautiful homes, dolphins within reach and fishing off your deck. The home is beautifully furnished in every room.

    Fripp Island Club Guest cards give guests access to all Fripp Island Club Resort amenities. These include:

    Two 18-hole golf courses (named as a "100 Best Golf Resorts in North America" by Links Magazine).

    Ten-court Racquet club complex with year-round Tennis and Pickleball on eight soft Fast-Dry courts and two hard surface courts.

    A variety of on-island shops and restaurants, including the popular Food Court.

    Six sparkling swimming pools.

    Island Excursion Rentals (golf carts, beach bikes, scooters, boats, etc.).

    A full service, deep water Marina.

    ***The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to their swimming pools and the fitness room.
    The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $39 during the summer months and $28 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
    The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $55 during the summer months and $39 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
    If you do want to purchase the amenity cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of amenity card purchase.
    Each guest 13 years or older must carry an amenity card to access the Club's facilities.

    There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. You do not need an amenity card for golf cart, kayak, bike, etc. rentals as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.

Pet friendly, all rooms were clean beautiful view!! only thing i would add is the bikes are probably pushing to be replaced and a couple of the beach chairs as well (all in normal use from multiple people) overall we loved the place!

Kitchen was equipped for everything we needed. We used the golf cart a lot and it was very comfortable and easy to use. Very big for all our family and friends. Ceiling fan wasn’t working on the bottom floor with the double beds and some switches in there was not working. When we were arriving and trying to check in at the gate of Fripp Island we had some problems with not having our names were turned around then finally we called vrbo because we couldn’t get our host to respond and the guy from vrbo couldn’t reach her then finally she said she had sent the names to the gate and then said she would send them again. After that incident and we got into the gate the trip went well and we made lasting memories. The beach house was beautiful. Thank you

Lovely time

We enjoyed our stay here! Super clean, very comfortable beds/linens, all new kitchen gear (incredibly well stocked for the cooks out there!) and such a nice view. The onsite manager and owner were very responsive - we would definitely stay here again.

Had a great weekend out at fripp at this house. Everything was perfect, cleanly, and views were great. We played golf and it’s minutes from the course. Host was very responsive to all requests.

Absolutely gorgeous property

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The home was lovely and the view amazing. Great wildlife viewing with multiple dolphin visits daily. We hope to return soon.

Fripp Island ocean front stay

The views all around the house were exceptional! Mixed in with all the wildlife present on the island was amazing to see. One thing we were not expecting, was to be able to see dolphins swimming from right off the porch. The house was very comfortable with spacious rooms. For bigger families to eat together. Overall it was a great visit!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The property was amazing! Fantastic, fully stocked house with amazing views! We had a few small issues that were handled quickly and efficiently!! Communicant with the hosts were quick and timely! Would definitely recommend this rental for a large group!

Beautiful house, all was awesome! the only comment is there should be bigger warning signs on the roads regarding the ban to access the sea walls and maybe in the house instructions. our son went on the rocks and received a 100 citation from Fripp Island security. It is very dangerous and we told them there should be bigger signs.

Very nice house for a crowd. Well stocked kitchen, nice toys to use at the beach, zippy golf cart. Fabulous view from the house and porches. Only issue we had was out of the control of the property manager: internet was out, and the utility company did not come to repair for 7 days. Cell service is terrible on that point of the island, so out of touch for a solid week. Would not have been too bad except that several family members had to work and were not able to do so on the property. Overall however, a very nice vacation on beautiful Fripp Island and I would recommend the property.

The View!

We had a lovely four-night stay in this well-appointed home with amazing views, 24-7! The home is clean, the rooms spacious with comfy towels and linens, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. Plan to bring your groceries with you as we enjoyed several meals in as well as a few delicious ones at the resort restaurants too. The golf cart was greatly appreciated as it was our mode of transportation to explore the beauty of Fripp and enjoy the island activities. The property managers were quick to answer any questions we had both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this home for a vacation or weekend getaway.

A week of bliss.

This was our second stay at this property and we absolutely love it. Everything is immaculate and the location is quiet, beautiful, and except for swimming offers everything we could ask for in a beach rental. Beach access is only a 5 minute cart ride away and the solitude makes this the best rental on the island in my view. We have been renting for 45 years now so that is saying something. We did have a water heater issue ( minor) and a few deck boards had pulled loose and the host replied within less than half an hour and it was taken care of within an hour. I was so impressed ( for the second stay too) with everything about the hosts, house, and process.

Fripp frolics

The property was clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with equipment and supplies. The location is not terribly convenient for guests who want to spend a lot of time at the beach since there is no direct access from the house. However, the views are fabulous, and the proximity of the water on two sides of the house makes it feel like being on board a ship. Plus the golf cart and many points of access make trips to the beach easy. I'd be happy to book the house again, but my teenage grandchildren want to be closer to where young people congregate.

have been going to fripp twice a year for 7 years. have never been so disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of maintenance of the property. in addition the property manager did not respond. failed to provide a gate pass for my family to get on the island and the beautiful golf cart in the listing was not at the house with no explanation. the listing is a misrepresentation of truth

Great house - needs a lot of maintenance

House is great location and is beautiful . Many many items needs maintenance. Pest control is also needed . Roaches were in almost every room and in cabinets in kitchen. Dishes in cabinets were dirty and had syrup on plates . Yuck….Most door locks to outside didn’t work including front door, back sliding door , and upstairs sliding doors.we never could lock up our valuables in the house. Side Steps had nails sticking up and was dangerous to walk on them especially for children. Safety rail cables were broken. We have stayed here before and love this house but unfortunately we won’t be returning just too expensive for a vacation house not being maintained . Exhaust fans in bathroom didn’t work, one was missing the grill, lights going down to basement was out so had to use flashlight to go down stairs safely . Monday water was off most of the day with no warning from property manager .( may have not been their fault being off ) . Wifi was sketchy and constantly blinked so we had to reconnect each time we wanted to use . Such a shame to have such a gorgeous place to let maintenance fail the reviews . If the house wasn’t such a great house we would reviewed a lower score .
