The large living room bathed in light brings together a friendly dining area and a comfortable lounge area equipped with a television. The independent kitchen, fully fitted and equipped, allows you to prepare your meals as if you were at home.



The house has four rooms suitable for all types of stays:

• a first room with a double bed 140x190

• a second room also with a double bed 140x190

• a third room with a bunk bed 90x190, ideal for children

• and a last room including a double sofa bed 140x190



On the sanitary side, the accommodation offers two bathrooms:

• the first equipped with a large shower

• the second with a large shower and toilet for more convenience



Outside, enjoy a 15 m² terrace and a fully fenced garden, perfect for moments of relaxation in complete tranquility. A private parking is available right in front of the house to facilitate your arrivals and movements.



Located just 100 meters from the Grande Plage, the house enjoys an exceptional location to fully enjoy the Vendée coastline.
