The residence is situated along ‘Chemin du Vorasset’ in St-Gervais-Les-Bains, placing guests 4-8 minutes’ walk away from eateries, a bus station, tennis courts and a local swimming pool. Guests will reach the resort amenities of central St Gervais by car in 3 minutes/ 15 minutes on foot.

The typical spa town architecture is truly charming and reflects its own renown for thermal baths, which can still be enjoyed at the St Gervais Baths. Alongside tempting spa days, tennis and swimming, St-Gervais-Les-Bains also offers opportunities for sledging, bob sleigh rides, Nordic walking, hopping on the touristic Tramway du Mont Blanc and getting out on the ski lift for a day on the slopes or on a snowboard at the snow park.

The summertime provides the perfect time for hiking, paragliding and hot air ballooning. The St-Gervais-Les-Bains-Le Fayet train station is 2.29km away from town, whilst the closest airports are Annecy-Meythey (46.75km), Geneva (60.32km), Sion (60.59km) and Chambery (69.75km).

Nice Apartment

This was a great stay for us 4 adults for our stay in the area. You definitely need a car to get around, but loved the location and it was quiet, clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Thank you for the nice apt.

Comfortable home away from home

The apartment was exactly what I anticipated. I lived there for three weeks while working remotely so I spent a lot of time there, not just a place to sleep. It felt like someone’s apartment, not a cheap rental. It was in great shape and I appreciated all the comforts of home. There are some design decisions I would fix, personally, but that’s only because I went through a renovation myself and am sensitive to it. One thing to note - there is no air conditioning (which is fine) but it works as brutal during the summer heat wave, especially in the afternoons when the sun was pouring in. Closing the shutters helped but it was very hot. I can’t blame the property for this, it just was hot everywhere. But something to be aware of!!

Appartement globalement fidèle à notre attente

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est plutôt bien conçu. La pièce de vie est parfaite (nous étions 5 et la taille est bien adaptée). Les chambres sont convenables avec beaucoup de rangements. Quelques petits bémols : Le lave-vaisselle est beaucoup trop petit (obligé de faire 2 lavages par jour, pas très écolo) Il faut être très organisé pour utiliser le frigo qui est un peu limite en taille. Le lavabo de la salle de bain principal est trop petit et il n'y a rien pour déposer quelques affaires. Il faut améliorer la partie café : l'agence nous dit que la machine à café est une Senséo. Donc nous venons avec des dosettes mais, une fois sur place, c'est une machine à capsules. Il y a bien une cafetière de secours mais trop vieille car il fallait 45 min pour l'écoulement du café. Donc cafetière de secours à changer absolument. Mais ces quelques points négatifs n'enlèvent rien sur le fait que nous avons passé un agréable séjour et que l'appartement est globalement satisfaisant.
