Welcome to our house located in Saint-Germain-Laval, a haven of peace nestled in the south of Seine-et-Marne. This charming village offers quick access to the A5 motorway.

The outbuilding is located on our land, in a quiet and welcoming setting.

- First floor: cosy living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen and a TV (tv +Netflix).
- Upstairs: large bright bedroom and private shower room.

Ideal house for a couple and two children, offering a comfortable and functional setting.

A barbecue is also available (optional).

Sheets and blankets are provided.

For access, I prefer to hand over the keys in order to welcome you and show you the premises with ease.

A key box is also available in case of absence of the hosts, to allow you simple and independent access to the accommodation.
