The house consists of a first floor of 100m2 with:
-an entrance that allows you to leave shoes, bags and jackets.
-a pantry adjoining the kitchen with bean coffee maker, fridge/freezer, kitchen appliances, microwave .
-a large main room: kitchen with induction oven/hob and dishwasher.
The living room is in the extension, the large wardrobe at the back is full of games and creative hobbies. sofa.
- 2 very well insulated bedrooms, 140 cm beds. + fan.
- 1 bathroom: Italian shower and washing machine.
- 1 toilet with shower.

upstairs (the staircase is very steep): -mezzanine with office area and TV area.
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed. + fan.

́The main room overlooks a garden with lots of trees and flowers. You will find table and garden furniture, but also a ping pong table and a planxa. This is my main house, I leave you the basics of cooking: oil, salt, pepper, spices etc... dish towels, garbage bags etc....
as well as for children: balls, skateboard.... if you need a high chair, baby cot.... or other children's accessories, I can ask around me to find.

The house is a little elevated from the street, a few steps to enter, but private parking in front.
4 hens live in a chicken coop at the entrance of the property, you can leave them green waste and collect eggs.
In 2 minutes walk you can access all the shops: mini-market, pharmacy, tobacconist, butcher, bakery, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, hairdresser....
Many cycle paths take you to the beaches or the Alberes massif. It is a beautiful region, between sea and mountains. The house is ideally located, far from the hustle and bustle of the beaches, you will find great serenity.
15 minutes from the beaches, Argeles, Collioure, or Spain, at the foot of the mountains, you can climb to the peak of Neoulous, at 1200 m!
