The kitchen, open to the rest of the living space and fully equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine are also at your disposal. You will be able to share your meals on the covered terrace whilst enjoying the view of the swimming pool.



On the night side, the villa has 4 air-conditioned suites each equipped with a Queen Size double bed (160/200) and a private shower room with toilet.



For your comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal. You will be able to park up to three vehicles in the villa's private car park.



Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:

You will enjoy a shaded terrace with a dining area featuring a plancha as well as a lounge area to enjoy a ti punch at sunset. The secure salt-water pool and its sun loungers await you for afternoons filled with relaxation. For added comfort, an outdoor shower awaits you as you exit the pool.
