This 75 m² beachfront holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a residence with direct access to the beach.

Close to the centre of Saint-Cyprien beach, shops, the market, restaurants and of course, the beach, you are ideally located for a relaxing and lively holiday.

With a balcony overlooking the sea and the south-facing Place Maillol, it has a 27 m² living room, an independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and separate toilets.
The living room has a sofa bed (2 places), 3 armchairs, a TV and access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, a gas hob, an oven and a dishwasher. Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided), a toaster and all the kitchen equipment is provided. In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed, storage space and access to the balcony and in the small bedroom, 2 bunk beds. Fans are available. The bathroom has a large shower, a sink and a washing machine (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, detergent are available). On the sunny balcony all day long, you will have access to relax and sunbathing, as well as a small table for your meals.

Private numbered parking is included with this apartment, a plus in the summer. The accommodations are equipped with WIFI internet at no extra charge.
