There is no room on the ground floor (3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one in the basement), so it was less noisy for those who wanted to go to bed earlier.

It should be noted that the 2nd floor bathroom is attached to the master bedroom.

The basement is well appointed and there are plenty of games (pool table, table hockey, board games ). There is also a hot tub.
