The main house (70m²):
First floor:
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped closed kitchen including: oven, vitro hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, small food processor, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A storeroom giving access to a separate WC and the adjoining outbuilding (from the outside)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (80x200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (80x200)

Outbuilding (20 m²) ideal for independent teenagers:
- A sleeping area with two single beds (80x200)
- Bathroom with shower

Exterior :
- A 30 m² south- and west-facing terrace with a fully-equipped summer dining room (bar, tables and chairs)

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc. are nearby.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free opposite the house in the “Emeraude” Ephad parking lot.
