House near the ocean with a large garden and direct access to the GR34

Come and discover or rediscover St Cast le Guildo in the Côtes d'Armor, magnificent Emerald Coast (Saint Malo, Dinard, Cap Fréhel, Erquy) by enjoying a house in a green setting by the sea!

The environment is very quiet and allows many beautiful walks by the sea thanks to the GR 34 at the foot of the house.

The beach of La Fresnaye is accessible in 5 minutes by bike and 2 minutes by car, 2km from the house. All of Saint Cast is easily doable by bike and in safety. The nautical club which is at the end of the Grande Plage is 15 minutes by bike from the house.

The 165m2 house can accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults maximum ideally); it is located at the end of a traffic-free cul-de-sac and has a large garden of 2500m2, without vis-à-vis.
Shops are less than 5 minutes away by car.

This family town offers many activities in the immediate vicinity: golf, tree climbing, sailing, hiking, cycling, restaurants, fishing, beautiful walks, paddle, kayaking, horse riding, tennis and paddletennis and many monuments a few kilometres away (Fort la Latte, Guildo castle, Cap Fréhel, ramparts and the city of St Malo, Dinard, the medieval town of Dinan, Erquy, the Rance valley etc.).
