The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, this charming house, at less than one kilometer from 7 beaches and the Golf of Dinard, of a surface of 140 m ² and being able to accomodate until 9 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 45 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 600 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 45 m² with a sitting area composed of a TV, Wifi, a sofa and armchairs, and a dining area
- An American kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140x190) and a single bed
- Room 2 and 3 : one double bed (140x190) per room
- Room 4 : a queen-size bed (160x200)

For even more comfort : washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 600 m² with a terrace equipped with a barbecue, a parasol as well as outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, in a very quiet residential area. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
- You will be able to park directly in the private parking lot of the house. With a closed parking space for 4 cars and closed by an electric gate.
- Nearest train station : Saint Malo (25 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Dinard-Pleurtuit Saint Malo (15 minutes by car) and Nantes Atlantique (2h12 by car)

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a clean and tidy condition and for cleaning the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
