This terraced house of 60 m², which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located just 500 metres from the Rochelets beach, a large sandy beach accessible to all, supervised in July and August, and equipped with an area dedicated to water sports: kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing, etc.



On the ground floor, the kitchen open to the living-dining room is fully equipped: induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and everything needed to cook. The living area has a dining space, a television, fibre Wi-Fi and a guest access to the Netflix account. It opens onto an enclosed garden with a tiled terrace of 10 m². You will find a garden furniture set, an electric grill, as well as a motorised sun canopy to fully enjoy the beautiful days.



Upstairs, the house has two bedrooms:



- a double room with a double bed (140 cm)

- a room with bunk beds



A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the accommodation.
