Authentic "Watchtower" from the 15th century, exceptional carefully restored medieval building, steeped in great history, nestled peacefully on a vast 10 hectare family property (formerly a "stronghold" with a fortified castle). Peaceful mini rural hamlet nestled in the countryside, in the heart of the bucolic local bocage, on a vast plateau of meadows (with the famous Charolais cows as neighbors), a stone's throw from a beautiful preserved forest. Very comfortable cottage with noble dimensions. Ultra spacious. Very beautiful volumes. Totally unusual interior architecture. Warm country character with "bourgeois" accents magnified by an exceptional heritage restoration (sublime star frame rebuilt identically, conservation of the old stone walls & corbels, French ceilings, fireplace mantle, stone & wood lintels , terracotta tiles, etc.). Lots of charm & character. Cozy & cozy. Bewitching atmosphere, 100% exotic. Pleasant enclosed paved courtyard terrace shaded under a vine trellis completed by an exposed terrace opening onto the meadows offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Large, well-kept shared garden with an atypical natural swimming pool (8x4m), a pétanque court & an orchard (apple trees, pear trees, fig trees, etc.). Composition: Detached house adjoining second gîte (total independence). Wireless. PAC heating.
