It has 1 master bedroom with a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom, 2 offices converted into a secondary bedroom (BZ of 140x190)<br>A second large bathroom (8m2) equipped with a spacious walk-in shower.<br>2 separate toilets.<br>You will discover the large living room of 52 m2 very bright with a large screen TV of 163 cm with wifi access. <br>The open-plan kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, citrus juicer.
