"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. "We loved this place! It was so pretty with walk ways and the murals painted on the sides of the villas. My only complaint was we didn’t have a washer and dryer in our unit and the place to wash our stuff only had one set of machines. Even with that complaint I would definitely go back. The staff were super friendly and the location was perfectly close to everything."
