"Pour la première nuit, nous étions au 1er étage. Nous avons très peu dormi car beaucoup de bruit à cause du personnel et des gens qui rentrent tard. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Notre chambre se situait au 3eme etage beaucoup moins bruyant. Le personnel est bienveillant, l’hôtel magnifique mais comme la plupart des hôtels en inde, il n’y a aucune isolation. "This hotel was super clean and comfortable. The suite style room was inviting and quite big for families. A very clean and modern bathroom. "If you like antique collections, they got some exotic items. The front office people are very nice, courteous, and very engaging. The restaurant upstairs is decent. I didn't want to step out for dinner after a hectic sightseeing day and the upstairs restaurant came to the rescue. I will say you will get more bang for the buck. "

"Room was not available and owner still accepted the booking. He did not even cancel the booking on asking. We faced too much difficulty finding another option to stay as it was too late. Terrible thing was when we asked expedia for refund even they supported that hotel made up story."

"Like the property"

"Lovely hotel, although a little pricier than others around. I could have done with a balcony and/ or a lake view for the price. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, restaurant was lovely with a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. I had to stay 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked due to the large distance I had to travel. The hotel wouldn’t refund the third night which I thought was quite inflexible."
