For an extended large family group that likes to be near water it is ideal. We have stayed before and will stay again. And there is so much to do at the property itself. We love it.

We were a group of 16 sibling seniors. The house was perfect for us. The space was ideal, bed and bathrooms perfect. The bathroom with the walk in tub/shower was perfect, as we had one attendee in a walker.The choice of activities was endless. Seth was extremely helpful with communication and quick to respond. Our family feels like they're at home when we stay here. The beds are comfortable, the layout is perfect. We have so much space for our large family we can be together and really enjoy one another. We loved having access to the gym and the hot tub is always a hit. This was the third time we have stayed here and plan to use it again!

Nice clean spacious home for our large group!

The home had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. Many spacious areas for people to spread out. The gym was great! Our party of 19 never felt cramped!

The home is warm and inviting. The beds are very comfortable and the house has everything you will need. The layout worked really well and it’s really such a beautiful area. The owner and manager were responsive when we had questions and we even asked for the link to the mattresses they have. Great stay!

Home was well equipped, comfortable for our large group and better than expected. Lake was close and beautiful for swimming or kayaking from the dock. Fun Family Reunion

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked playing in and on Lake Pend Orielle. Fishing from the pier was one of our favorite things. The children particularly liked swinging, roasting marshmallows, and the hot tub. There were adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family and a big enough kitchen fir all of us to gather for games and meals.

50th Anniversary trip

The owners thought of everything: kayaks, life vests, paddles, towels for the dock, towels for the hot tub. There were 2 microwaves and 2 laundry rooms with beautiful washers and dryers. Lots of dining spaces (there were 16 of us), and lots of dishes, bowls and utensils. Pots, pans, blenders, coffee pots, griddles. Bedrooms were lovely. Swings and other outdoor activities were on the property. My grands loved the private gym, with basketball and pickleball courts, ping pong, pool table, foosball, exercise equipment. It was a lovely stay.

Sagle Home for Schweitzer Skiing vacation

The home is well equipped with cooking gear and has an expansive floor plan with plenty of personal and group space. It is at least a 45 minute drive to the base of the Schweitzer ski resort and 25 minute drive from Sandpoint.

Family Christmas 2023

Awesome family Christmas! This house was very clean and well stocked. Bedrooms to accommodate all 20 of us. Added bonus was the gym and a basement for our grandkids to hang out in. Seth was very prompt in answering my questions! Another added bonus was a very pretty decorated tree in living room! Hot tub worked well!! I would recommend this place!! Family vacation

The house fit our family’s needs perfectly! We are a big family and we enjoyed having enough room to have our own space when needed! The kids enjoyed the movie room and the large outside area to run around in! There is plenty of room on main floor for meals when the family gathers. Lots of water toys! The only drawback is getting to the water. Walking across the street is a little worrying with kids but after a day there you notice that it’s not a well traveled road.

Amazing place to stay!!!

We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay in this beautiful cabin in Sagle ID!! This large cabin was perfect for our large family! The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could possibly need, the hot tub was perfect, the beds were so comfortable. We had so much fun with the kayaks and loved fishing in the beautiful river. We had a blast with the basketball and pickle ball courts. Evenings were so fun with the fire pit and the littles spent hours playing outside and in the sand box. The only thing we lacked was more time to stay there!!! The hosts were so responsive, helpful, and kind to communicate with. All of our children and grandchildren are hoping we make staying at this beautiful home in Sagle a regular tradition.

Fantastic Family Vacation Home!

This is the second year that we have rented this beautiful home for our family "Christmas" which we celebrate after Christmas. There are 19 of us, 5 families in all, and the layout with a large kitchen, dining and living room are great! Having large bedrooms with attached bathrooms is a huge bonus so that every family has adequate space and privacy. There are many great entertainment options both inside and outside. It is well stocked and furnished. It was clean and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub is a great place to relax and talk, there are multiple large TVs for movie watching. The gym is a huge bonus. Even though we stayed here in the winter (which is great), I can imagine that renting this in the summer or fall would be fantastic. It is a great year-around rental and you can find plenty to do no matter the time of year. Communication between us and Seth was excellent. He was prompt to answer our questions and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

We loved this property! The hosts were incredible and answered all my questions in a timely manner before we arrived. They made communication easy while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed including large pots and pans, a grill for pancakes, and an instapot/crockpot. We used mostly paper products, but it looked like there were plenty of plates, cups, etc. for a large group. There were 23 of us there for a family reunion, so we also rented the smaller house on the property. We had plenty of room to spread out and play. We used the gym and the theater room a lot as a family. The young adults and teenagers had a blast at the dock and on the river with their paddleboards. The littles loved the big swing, climbing ropes and equipment, and the sandbox. It was easy to replenish food with shopping in Sandpoint only 20 minutes away: Safeway, Walmart, and Costco. One day we drove to Silverwood Theme Park, just 30 minutes away, and had a blast. We also drove to City Beach in Sandpoint and rented personal watercraft and a boat from Action Watersports. Love Pend Oreille Lake!!! Some of our group even drove up to Canada for the day, a 1.5 hour drive to Creston, BC. We would definitely rent this property again if we every make it back to Sagle. We had a blast!!

Accurate listing for a great house that I would definitely recommend to friends!

Exactly as advertised! Clean, well maintained, very comfortable, warm enough during the cold month of February, nice kitchen with all we needed to cook family dinners, spacious enough for groups of all sizes and ages. Every room has it's own full bathroom, plus there was a half bath by the kitchen for general use. The hot tub was large and the jets were amazing! Probably the best hot tub I've ever been in. My family would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting. I do not have any complaints as the house and host were both wonderful! One question for the host..... The only thing we were a bit confused about was with the hot tub. The house rule was to put in chlorine shock after every use, but with so many people in our group we were rotating and using it multiple times per evening. To avoid making the tub too chemically treated for the next people getting in, we just did a single shock at the end of the night when everyone was done using it. I hope that was okay. Thanks again!

Pretty Darn Perfect for our 4 generation Family Reunion!!!

Just WOW! We rented both homes for our family of 28 from 5 different states and LOVED every second of our stay! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, towels, dishes, space, parking and FUN!🤩 We got quick helpful responses from both Evolve and Seth before our arrival for planning and during our stay!! Kids (& adults)totally enjoyed the big gym activities , big screen movies & rec room downstairs, swing set, hot tub and sand box but our real favorite was hanging out on the dock which felt completely private- swimming, fishing, kayaking and SUPing on the River on beautiful sunny days was THE BEST!!! We used their water toys & brought some of our own! ( They have a great supply of life jackets too!) The ramp down to the dock is steep, but has good traction and handrails so even our 92 year- old Matriarch handled it!! We appreciated having multiple ovens & refrigerators for cooking for our big group!! Plenty of cookware/ spices/ paper goods were provided too! After watching the Paris Summer Olympics on the big tv inside, we held our own family Olympics in the grassy backyard & had a BLAST!!! Some of us enjoyed trips into Sandpoint to the Farmers Market & shopping, or lovely walks in both directions from the house, but this property was so amazing, we really had no need to leave. Wished we could’ve stayed a second week!! We all definitely hope to be back here again for more family bonding and time enjoying the nature and peace it has to offer!!!

The Lakeshore home and property far exceeded our expectations!

We held a reunion here and had family come in from Spokane, Portland, Los Angeles, and Provo. This lake house far exceeded our expectations. There is just so much room both in the house and with the surrounding facilities and yard area, that we all had so much to do - the swing area, the gym area (which is the size of a school gym), the outdoor tables for eating and playing games, horseshoes, movie theater, hot tub, and the LAKE. The host provides various water craft and life jackets. We spent two to four hours on the lake each day and often went at sunset for another hour of paddle boarding and rowing. Everyone enjoyed the huge hot tub. The house is very well stocked. We brought a lot of food for our crew and six day stay and placed the dry goods on the large formal dining table. The two refrigerators were ample for us. There is also an outdoor freezer. We ate at the large kitchen table or mostly outside. The theater room was a lot of fun for our littles just to play in when we weren’t outside. And to watch movies - it was terrific. I’ve hung on to some of our favorite DVDs and was pleased to know the theater system also had a DVD player. The adults played pickle ball, basketball, baseball, horseshoes, and frisbee. The kids covered all these, too. We had cooler weather at night and the fireplace was great. We also had warmer days and the air conditioning in each individual sleeping area was appreciated. Also, I was surprised that ‘Yokes’ (?) - a great grocery store - is only a quick 15 minute drive away. There are so many wonderful things to say about this listing. It was just a wonderful stay.

Absolutely Wonderful

We cannot recommend this property enough! We LOVE IT! Not only is it a great fit for our large family, but it is also so roomy and has wonderful amenities. We love the hot tub for relaxing, the gym for all sorts of fun activities, even when the weather is bad. We enjoy being able to watch movies or play games together. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are large spacious. There are many outdoor activities nearby, we enjoy hiking at Round Lake and going into to Sandpoint for coffee and shopping. We've stayed here 4 years in a row and are hoping to come back again next year. I would also mention that the property manager is excellent! He is quick to respond to our texts and is always kind and helpful. Needless to say, it is our favorite place to stay in the area.
