Painted in a fiery Tuscan red, Haus Rubin in Sagard welcomes its guests with a Mediterranean flair.
This luxurious home, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, is set in a beautifully landscaped 450-square-meter garden. The indoor wellness area, featuring a sauna, color light therapy, a whirlpool, and a beautiful relaxation room, makes this vacation home truly special. There is a large furnished terrace (table, chairs, and sun loungers), a grill, parking spaces next to the house, and excellent transportation connections by bus, train, and car.

The interior of the house, with 170 square meters of living space for up to 6 people, captivates with an elegant color scheme, minimalist design, and a magnificent staircase in black granite. A cozy fireplace room and hardwood floors in the three bedrooms (all on the upper floor) add to the comfort. One of them is equipped with a waterbed and features a walk-in closet; the other two bedrooms have double beds.
We have furnished this vacation home with great attention to detail and a focus on practical amenities. The sofa set and dining chairs are upholstered in easy-care leather. The TV experience is enhanced by a Blu-ray player and a Harman/Kardon home theater system. Upon request, soft music can be played in the bathroom and sauna. Families feel especially at home because there’s a separate play area with toys for the children.
A crib, high chair, washing machine, and dryer are provided, as is free Wi-Fi.
Details such as specially coated surfaces in the bathrooms and a water softener are standard features in this home. Authentic materials were chosen for the entire interior—here, that means solid wood furniture and fixtures from German brands such as Duravit, Hansa, WMF, Ritzenhoff-Breker, and Leonardo. The high-quality Zangenberg cantilever umbrella provides shade on the terrace. After hikes during the cooler months, a wood-burning stove with a glass window provides cozy warmth. Firewood is provided free of charge.
Pets are welcome. For one pet, we charge €10 per night in addition to the rental price, plus a one-time pet cleaning fee of €25.
