"호텔이 전반적으로 낡았고 창문을 열면 다른 건물과 서로 창문을 마주보는 구조입니다. 저희가 묵은 방만 그런 줄 알았더니 전체적으로 전망이라는 것은 앞 건물과의 마주보는 전망이었습니다. 그리고 특히 문제가 될 만한 것은 첫째 욕실에 긴 머리카락이 여기 저기 붙어 있 었다는 것입니다. 둘째 객실의 방음에 큰 문제가 있었습니다. 위층인지 아래층인지 옆층인지에서 외국인들이 이야기, TV, 심지어는 탁자를 두드리는 소리도 들리더군요. 잠깐만 롯데라는 이름에 어울리지 않았습니다. 그래도 괜찮았던 것은 조식이 나름대로 좋았다는 것입니다."
