Very quiet and clean country get away, just minutes from major highways. The backyard is perfect for those traveling with pets or children (or both), plus the view of the neighbor’s pond and waterwheel put you immediately in vacation mode. The beds were also super comfy. Would stay here again.

The photos in the listing don’t do it justice! The house smelled great upon check in. The yard was beautiful and lush, and the view of the pond was amazing. Host communicated well. The house had everything we needed. It is located across from a ranch and airport but was not an issue. Beautiful outside and inside. The hot water is hot - so be mindful with little ones. Great stay.

The property was beautiful. The house had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather did not permit us to enjoy everything it had to offer, but we made the best of it. It was pleasant waking up to the roosters in the morning as well as the cows. It was a very pleasant stay & our host, Artem, was very kind & communicative. Thank you so much.

Yep, it's an Oasis

This home was a great find! It's close to Sacramento but just far enough to be in another world. A bit up the road you're entering the mountainous, wooded Northern California experience. The home had all you would need in a very tasteful setting.

Candy cane cluster dog show

Myself and 3 friends all coming to compete at dog show stayed at this location. It is a nice little house with a great yard. It’s about a half hour away from Fairgrounds so was not a bad commute. Quiet and comfortable. If I come down again I would try to stay there again.
