Welcome to our home! Newly renovated property in Lincoln. Close to shopping centers and in a great community. 6 Bedroom 3 bath home. Primary Bedroom/bath has a beautiful shower stall and new vanities. The main bathroom has a shower for after those long days at work. Home also features New paint and recessed lighting. Walls have been skim coated to bring a lux feel to this desirable home. Enjoy our 65inch 4k TV watching all available shows at the family room, high-speed internet.

Need more time at check out

I wish that the hosts would allow a little later check out. This is the second year in a row staying here and both times we would have liked to access the property again but the host would not allow us to.

Nice house/ very quiet neighborhood

This Home was very comfortable for the six of us that were staying in it. I wished there would have been a welcome packet or letter letting us know things about the rental, such as how to login to the Wi-Fi, how to reach the owners in case needed. What to do with trash and recycling on the last day. All in all we enjoyed the stay, especially the air conditioning that kept the home very comfortable when it was 100° outside

Family Reunion

We had a nice stay in Lincoln for a family reunion. The size of the home was just right - everyone had their own bed and the living/dining space was adequate. Great location for our purpose, and within walking distance of a few restaurants. The home was immaculate, but I agree with other reviews: suitcase stands in bedrooms would be nice maybe a shelf in bathrooms for toiletries Overall, nice place to stay.

Stay in March

Earlier check in than 5 PM would be nice. Some better amenities for clothes like chest of drawers in each room. Overall great place for large groups. Clean, convenient, safe neighborhood, tons of parking, big kitchen.

Lincoln House

property was good. I do think it is a misrepresentation to say that it is remodeled and everything is new. It was remodeled at some point but not recently Here is some constructive feedback - it is very obvious that the property was a residential care facility. it has been freshly painted but the kitchen sink and counter tops need to be replaced. the sink is bare metal in spots and is rusty/ chipped. the tile countertops are likely original from 20 years ago and need new grout. there was a nasty sponge left so we bought new ones (and left two unopened). there were no potholders/hot pads. the master bath is ok - to say the vanity is new is a stretch. i agree with other reviewers that luggage racks in the bedrooms would be nice and there are a couple of dining room chairs that are wobbly and should be replaced as they are dangerous . for the hall baths there is no counter space -short of a remodel I don’t think there is much you could do. Overall our stay was good. thank you.

Week-end for extended family

Pros: plenty of bedrooms for our extended family of 6 adults and 5 children. Beds were comfortable. Cons: haven't experienced additional charges for more than 2 people in other VRBO rentals so this was a surprise; no hotpads or hand towels in kitchen; bathrooms had towels for 6, we found extras in the laundry cabinets; we discovered two bags of garbage left outside on the front porch when we arrived. Dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets; 1/4 roll of paper towels was not enough for week-end. Coffee carafe was cracked and leaked. Nice house but it just needs a little attention.

The host responded quickly to our questions and the keyless check-in was very easy. The house itself is great..plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen/dining seating. The neighborhood is quiet with grocery stores nearby. We did an Escape Room experience in nearby Rocklin which was super fun! We saw in a previous review that there is no outdoor patio seating so we brought a couple of lawn chairs. Our only area of improvement is the cookware. The non-stick coating of the pots and pans is significantly scratched; our guess is that the cookware is old and manufactured using PFOAs which is hazardous. If you aren't planning to cook, this won't be an issue for you. If you are planning to cook, we recommend either bringing some of your own cookware or asking the host if the cookware has been replaced. Again, the house itself is great..spacious, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood.

Grad stay

It pretty much had all we needed. Cons...we couldnt find scissors. The dishwasher smelled weird. There should have been a book that gave tips and tricks and "how-tos" for guests staying there. Pros...clean. Neat. Plenty of silverware, dishes, and items for guests. Excellent location. Very comfortable. Plenty of rooms and plenty of space for guests. No con or pro for me, but my mom said it would be nice to have some outdoor furniture on the back patio. I think a pergola would also be nice. Having said that, it didnt take away from my experience. I would stay again, for sure.

Memorial Day Weekend in Lincoln

The house worked perfectly for our group of 7 adults in Sacramento for a 3-day wedding event. The 6 bedrooms provided us the privacy we wanted, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We did minimal cooking, but the kitchen was equipped with the basics that we needed. I think we would all recommend this VRBO listing.

Great for our family

Roomy and spacious for our grandsons birthday weekend. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Need dish towels in kitchen. Could use more serving bowls and basic spices. Had an issue with the garbage disposal- water sprayed under sink. Host was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. Nice

We gathered as childhood friends turned senior citizens in our old stomping grounds. This house was perfect for our trip. There were plenty of bedrooms for each of us to have our own, no listening to someone else's snoring. : } Two of the bathrooms are handicapped accessible which is a definite benefit for seniors!

Great value for money

THE GOOD: Overall very clean Wonderful large living areas/ dining table Comfortable beds/ lots of pillows Nice bathrooms/ good hot water supply Great communication Extremely easy check in and out. THE BAD: Easy/ cheap quality control that would make it 5star: Two dining chairs very wobbly Most living room blinds broken/ could not open Kitchen supplies were adequate for range cooking/ not oven. More mixing bowls/ tupperware/and baking pans would be nice. Supplied was only one tupperware/ one mixing bowl/ and one very large cookie sheet pan. If we had decided to make the lasagna that we were contemplating; it would have been impossible. Those three items have been commented on in previous reviews, hence we were surprised they have not been addressed yet. Street garbage can almost full, we could barely fit our garbage into it Very hard to figure out how to plug an HDMI into the only TV in the house. Instructions left near TV would be welcome. Internet name and password texted to us upon arrival were wrong. Real info is printed on the router. Lastly; again this has been commented on: there is nowhere to put your suitcase in any of the bedrooms. The closets are good; spacious with hangers. However, luggage racks would be an easy addition to each room. And/ or another piece of furniture in each room besides a bed and nightstand. A chair? And/ or a small dresser? But, the bad are not game changers, just easy adjustments that would be nice if the owners addressed. I would rent this place again though; as the value overall was great.

Needs some TLC

Nice clean house with plenty of room. Bedroom’s did not have dressers or a place to set your suitcase. Only one small nightstand per room. Two bedrooms did not have hanging rods in the closet’s only a shelf. Master bedroom doorknob kept falling off. Bathrooms did not have shelves or hooks for toiletries or robes. Toilet paper holder missing in one bathroom and broke in another. Kitchen door wall blinds didn’t adjust and wouldn’t close all the way leaving no privacy. Other blinds in the house didn’t adjust or open. Kitchen chairs were wobbly and felt unsafe. Kitchen faucet was loose and sink was well worn. Nice patio in backyard however, no outdoor seating or bbq grill. Only one tv in the house.

Clean Property/Late check in disappointment

10 of us stayed at this property for a local wedding. The biggest frustration our group had was the extremely late check in time of 5:00pm. We have all stayed at countless hotels/rental properties and 5:00 is simply unacceptable. I asked for an earlier check in when I booked the property, the week before we arrived, as well as the day before check in. The request was not accommodated. In fact when we arrived at 5, the cleaner was still inside and not finished. Some smaller feedback was there were no toilet paper holders or counter space/shelves for toiletries, no hooks for 10 guest towels, and none of the rooms had dressers or a place to put your suitcases so essentially all of your belongings just sat in your suitcase on the floor. Overall the house looked exactly like the photos, had super comfortable beds, was very clean, and had enough towels for 10 guests.

We needed a place near Rocklin but not too far from West Sacramento for my son's wedding. It was clean. Spacious. Near the freeway. Easy to get everywhere. I wish we could have stayed more days! Really nice house. The beds were so so comfy!
