Lovely private master suite with back-yard

Please meet our "LOVELY" master bedroom comfortable studio! This private suite has been set up for a relaxing and joyful stay. You'll have private access to the room from the backyard, through the back glass door entry. We will provide a key to the room to lock it up. The suite is furnished with a King Bed and Full-size futon, a bar-kitchenette (equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc) and a TV with free WiFi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps.

We care about your pleasure and comfort. This space is freshly remodeled and furnished with new cabinets, furniture, and appliances. This suite features a new super comfortable King sized mattress with brand new washed and ironed European Style Cotton Bedding, with oversize down pillows, and additional Full-XL size futon (perfect for 1 adult ). Lots of kitchenware, additional blankets, useful bath essentials, and an electric fireplace is included. We also provide extra bedding and towels for additional guests based on the number of people designated in your booking.
There is no separate living/dining or kitchen room but a little kitchenette with small refrigerator and is complete with all electrical appliances you need to feel comfortable such as teapot, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave.

The huge bathroom is private and comfortable.
It's a perfect setting for business professionals in town for work, students, vacationers, and/or people exploring the area prior to moving.
We provide all the things our guests might need and do our best to make sure that everyone is comfortable and gets as much privacy as possible throughout their stay. We ask that all parties be respectful to our home, other tenants, and the whole neighborhood by carefully obeying our home rules.

NOTE: There are more units on the property that are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. This particular unit is located on its own private part of the backyard which is accessible only to the owner or cleaning person during the day time.
We do not provide any PERSONAL AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the whole house, controlled online by the host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
Please be aware that there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool. In the hottest days of summer, the unit may get hotter as you compare the difference in temperature between inside and outside.
Some tips:
If you get hot, please use the ceiling fan.
If you get cold, please put on the electric fireplace.
If you get cold in the summer due to the AC, just open up the windows - this is okay.
If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.
