Maximum occupancy: 10 people at any time, no guests allowed. Pet-friendly. Pool is not heated. Wood-burning fireplace. RV/boat parking with full hookups. Theater room. Wet bar with wine fridge.
Parties/Noise: In order to respect the neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, we do not allow parties in the house. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please note that the pool service technician comes late Monday mornings. He may enter the backyard without prior notice to complete routine maintenance.

Number of Guests: Maximum 10, including visitors who don`t stay the night, unless discussed with us. Please book with your full guest count. This is to prevent parties.

Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. Late checkout isn`t available; if you need more time, message us before your checkout day. Please let us know the time you plan to check out so we can pass it on to the housekeepers.

Before you leave, please put used dishes in the sink, gather used towels, sort trash and recycling into the indoor bins, turn off lights and the AC/heat, and lock up.

Restrooms: Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet.

Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home. No smoking or vaping of cigarettes or weed inside the house.

Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.

Damage: We understand that accidents happen. Please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.

Pets: Up to 2 pets are welcome; please include them in your booking (the pet fee is charged at booking) and let us know before your stay. Pets must be fully potty trained and are not allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Please clean your pet`s feet if they are muddy, keep unused bedroom doors closed, and pick up after your pet in the yard. Pets are not to be left alone at the home. No pets in the pool or hot tub.


Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We cannot package and ship things that are left behind.

Cameras: We have a Ring Video Doorbell camera installed at the entrance for safety.

Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.

Trash Removal: Please put trash cans on the curb Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup, and bring them back to the right side of the home Monday afternoon.

Pool & Hot Tub Rules:
Hours: The pool and hot tub close at 10 PM (quiet hours, 10 PM – 8 AM).
Hygiene: Shower before and after use; no oils or soaps allowed.
Hot Tub: The hot tub shares the pool heater and can`t run continuously without risking equipment damage. Message us when you`d like it heated and we`ll switch it on remotely (allow about 1 hour).
Supervision: Children 14 & under must have adult supervision at all times.
Safety: No roughhousing, screaming, running, or pets in the pool.
Equipment: Do not remove the pool sweep or the chlorine tabs.
Glass Policy: Plastic dishware/cups only, no glass near or in the pool. Swim at your own risk.

Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don`t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.
Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher (we`ll put them away).
Start a load of towels (we`ll switch them to the dryer).
