Comfy 3 beds/2 bath private unit with backyard

  • There is 3 beds/2 bath separated and very private part of the house with private front door entrance and private backyard, suitable for comfortable stay for up to 8 people. Specious living room, kitchen with full size refrigerator, shady outdoor sitting area, Wi-Fi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps. All our bedrooms were supplied with brand new mattresses, "Children's" bedroom can work perfectly for tall adults as well because has two Twin XL size beds.
    The space
    This is a private unit with private front entrance and private backyard area:
    - Separate, very welcoming living area with fireplace and twin size sofa-bed (for additional guest).
    - Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc... With family size dining table.
    - 3 spacious bedrooms. The biggest one has a KING SIZE bed, the second one has a QUEEN SIZE bed, and the third one has two TWIN XL SIZE beds and a sofa bed TWIN XL (for 2 additional guests). Please see pictures.
    - TWO bathrooms.
    Unit is recently remodeled and upgraded and has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. There are more units on the property but all of them are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. We provide all things our guests might need, do our best to make sure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.
    No matter if you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be very satisfied with your stay.
    We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the
    Whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
    In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
    If you get hot, please use ceiling fan.
    If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows.
    If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.

Stayed with 4 total Guests to attend Golf Tournament in Rocklin and accommodations here worked out perfectly. Large rooms with high ceilings, well appointed kitchen area with plenty of space and bonus private back yard area with grill off kitchen providing great extra outdoor space. Unit was spotless clean with two full baths and host was very responsive and accessible if needed. Great stay and look forward to returning next year! Highly recommend !!

Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious enough for the five of us. Only drawback was no onsite laundry but it was a short stay for most of us.

A lovely, quiet place to stay with everything needed

Such a lovely and comfortable place to stay. It was very clean, and had everything we might need - easy parking, comfy beds, places to hang out (front room, kitchen, outdoors - tho it was cold for outside for is as we were visiting family for thanksgiving, but it looked very pleasant :) soaps, towels, dishes etc. It also had lovely decor while feeling very comfortable and was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again for sure.
