This apartment features 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The property includes access to a shared garden and ample parking, and also has two private balconies, perfect for of the village views. You will find air conditioning on the top floor and access to laundry, ensuring all the comforts of home.

You will have full access to the duplex, which includes two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a kitchenette-living room and a shared outdoor space. The apartment has air conditioning only on the upper floor, Wi-Fi and all necessary amenities.

The accomodation is just 30 minutes from the Panticosa ski resort and 37 km from Formigal, making it ideal for both summer and winter getaways.

A bar and restaurant are just 100 meters away, while a supermarket is only 5 km from the property.

Explore the nearby mountains or simply unwind in this serene setting. Huesca and Zaragoza are also easily accessible for day trips.

The accommodation has air conditioning on the upper floor and oil heating.

The apartment is individual but part of a large rural house. Therefore some items are shared (iron, dryer, washing machine, parking and garden)

It shares the laundry room with another accommodation.

The oven also has microwave function.

You can park for free in the outdoor parking shared with the rest of the apartments.

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
