“CASA GRANDE” is a beautiful custom home, built in 2022, in the Country Club gated community. Sleeping 32 in beds, this 6 bedroom, 6 ½ bath will be perfect for the multi-family Frio River vacation. The open floor plan is spacious for large gatherings and the outdoor covered porch and outdoor kitchen areas are an extension for your enjoyment and entertaining. The pool has a built in hot tub that will be available 365 days a year. The perfect home for your Frio family vacation! The home has two master bedrooms, with their own bathroom. Additional rooms on the outside of the home giving you and your family the private entry to the rooms. The open floor plan is spacious for large gatherings with a large an outdoor island, and provides ample space for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor covered porch and outdoor area are an extension for your enjoyment and entertainment. There is a private pool and hot tub outside, there is the perfect fire pit, BBQ pit, and horseshoes available for your use while at “Casa Grande”. The pool can be heated at an extra cost during the winter, ask us about the additional charge at time of making the reservation. While enjoying your stay at Casa Grande up to 6 of your guests can enjoy a round golf each day of your stay. Now thorough May 31, 2026. Tee times will need to be booked prior to arrival.

STAY AND PLAY:
Casa Grande is offering a great stay-and-play package with access to the Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club, which is exciting for both golf enthusiasts and those looking for good value. Receive 6 rounds of golf each day of your stay. Compliments of the homeowner.


To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

Great for large families

Our family really enjoyed staying at Casa Grande! The home was large enough to accommodate our whole family. We loved the layout of the home with 3 of the bedrooms separate on the outside of the home which provided extra space where we didnt feel like we all were confinded to just one space. Love that each room had its own separate bathroom and the beds were very comfortable! The home is great for entertaining and accommodating large families to sit down and eat! Although the home was great I would suggest for making an easier check in/check out process to switch from keys to a keyless entry so that when your guest float the river or hang at the river no chances of losing the keys to the home. Another suggestion, since this home is able to accommodate such a large group I would say that more cooking pots, pans, cooking utensil, colander, cutting bords etc be added to the home to make it easier for families to cook. Also maybe throw in a starter supply of toilet paper as we traved 6 hrs to the home and having to look through our belongings to find the toilet paper after along road trip was not the most ideal situation lol. Our family would definitely stay here again if we visited frio river in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home and make new memories!

Great Weekend Getaway

We were at group of five small-to-mid sized families totaling 18 persons and had a wonderful stay. This property is set up as a main house with 3 normal sized bedrooms, and 3 large individual bedrooms outside the main house around the pool. Parking was not a problem. Check-in staff was courteous and accommodating during check-in and check-out. Every room had extra bed space considering our group mix and size. The rooms and restrooms were clean and updated, and beds were comfortable. We brought our own sheets and blankets. The pillows were very hard for me. Considering the number of people that fit in the large outside bedrooms, there weren't enough hooks to dry bath towels after everyone showered (only two towel hooks). For the price of the rental, it would have been nice to provide a full roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The patio/pool area was very nice with ample space for everyone to enjoy the pool, the outdoor kitchen island, the TV with good sound to play music videos, and the firepit. If the hot tub is important to you, be sure to ask if it's working beforehand because it was not working when we visited in October. Bring a volley and basket ball to play volley in the pool or basketball in the front of the house. This made great play time among the families. The rental management provided balls to us, but they kept deflating so we used our own. The living area (large updated kitchen with island fully stocked with pots and pans and dishes, 2 large dining tables and regular sized living room with TV) was perfect for the 18 of us. If your group is the max guests allowed at 32, you might be pressed for space in the kitchen and definitely will need to use the outside picnic table or take turns eating at the tables. The property is so pretty and there are so many positive things about it that lacking the hot tub faded and the owners were accommodating over this. I highly recommend this home for your stay at the river and am looking forward to staying here again.
