The apartment was renovated in 2024 and tastefully furnished to a high standard, blending historical and modern elements. With its 3 beds, it can accommodate up to 6 people. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the basement. There is a small balcony at both the front and the back of the apartment.

The building is located in St. Arnual, on the edge of downtown, and is part of the “Ostviertel” district in (Old) Saarbrücken, which dates back to the Gründerzeit era. Public transportation, kindergartens, schools, shopping, and a large recreational area are all in the immediate vicinity. Saarbrücken’s city center and the castle are within a 15-minute walk, and a highway access point is 500 meters away. The train station is easily and quickly accessible by public transportation, and Saarbrücken Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

The living room, with its bay window and a spacious corner sofa offering a view over the rooftops of Saarbrücken and a large smart TV, is perfect for relaxation. In addition, there is a large dining table for at least 6 people in the central room. The master bedroom, featuring a high-quality box-spring bed, faces the wooded rear of the building. The two other bedrooms are each equipped with a desk. You can enjoy the comfort of a modern kitchen with a pantry, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils. The bathroom, which features a bathtub with a shower, also includes a hair dryer and bath towels. Additionally, the apartment offers a guest restroom.
