Cozy vacation apartment in Saalbach, modern bathroom, new 2 double bedrooms

'Walybri' is our very suitable apartment for 5 persons. In 2019 new bathroom and living room!
Haus Ladis is located in Saalbach, directly at the Glemmtalerlandesstrasse from Saalbach to Hinterglemm and is very easy to reach (no hills / ramps!) and has a free parking.

The lively village center and the ski lift (Schattberg express) is easy to reach by approximately 500 m walking distance. On skis you can go almost directly to our apartment. The slope can then stop about 150 meters in front of our house!

The very cozy in 2019 (!) renovated apartment is very easy to reach. On the ground floor you walk through the entrance at the door paragraph 3 above. On the right is the new 2019 spacious bathroom with "waterfall" shower, toilet is screened with wall and double sink. Next door is the very complete and erneurte kitchen with (Senseo) coffee-cooker, dishwasher, microwave / Ovenkombi and induction hotplate.

On the left side a very spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed. At this room is adjacent to the balcony where you can enjoy the sun while you slowly fall asleep easily through the soft murmur of the brook hall.

The living room and dining area are accessed through a connecting door. In the new very spacious and cozy living room with sitting area and dining table you can eat, watch TV, watch DVD, use WLAN internet, play games and read.

Adjacent to the living room is a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed.

In the basement there is room to turn off your boots and skis (heated Skirack).

Fantastic apartment with everything we needed for a great trip in Saalbach. 3 minute walk to ski hire and a 10 minute walk to the gondola and entrance to the town. Loved every minute of our stay and will definitely return!

Leuk appartement voor max 5 personen

Zeer net en compleet appartement. Prima gelegen aan de hoofdweg van Saalbach naar Hinterglemm. Dicht bij een bushalte, maar ook prima te lopen naar de Schattberg Xpress. Eigen parkeerplek. Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt tijdens onze vakantie. Ook door de beschikbare spellen in het appartement.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Eine gemütliche Wohnung mit allem was man im Haushalt benötigt. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet und die Betten sehr bequem. Zum nächsten Lift waren es ca 10 Minuten Fußweg, mit Skischuhen etwas länger :-) . Man kann aber auch den Skibus nehmen. Haltestelle ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Heerlijk appartement

Ondanks het nogal wisselvallige weer hebben we genoten van onze vakantie in Saalbach, mede dankzij het comfortabele appartement waar we ons tijdens de regenbuien even konden terugtrekken. Prima bedden, fijne badkamer en complete keuken, wat wil je nog meer ! ook het persoonlijke contact met de eigenaar vonden we heel prettig.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Positiv ist auch, dass die Ortsmitte fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist.

Really good property, central location. Perfect for stay in Saalbach

The property was as described it had 2 good size bedrooms, the 1 one at the rear of the property was the larger of the 2 and had the benefit of the stream bubbling past outside. The one at the front of the property was next to the main road in Saalbach and so was busy and slightly noisier but not noticeably so. The bathroom was excellent, had a lovely shower and 2 sinks too. The kitchen was well equipped with pots pans and crockery and has a dishwasher and a microwave oven which was ample for what we wanted. The kitchen also had a Nespresso machine and a Tassimo one too, as well as filter coffee. The ski room downstairs was also good and had a heated boot rack too. The only areas for improvement (and this is personal so might not be required by everyone) would be to have 2 sets of towels and/or access to the washing machine which was padlocked in the bathroom. The hosts were excellent, communicated well and replied really quickly.

Great stay in lovey

Cozy apartment but plenty of space for the four of us. Short walk into main town, easily manageable with skis, and to supermarket in other direction. Well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Would happily stay here again if returning to Saalbach.
