Charming villa situated in a relaxed setting in Crestatx, in the northern area of the island just a few kilometres' drive from the beautiful towns of Alcúdia and Pollença. It has all the amenities for 6 people including a private pool, spacious garden and barbecue area.



In the grounds of this beautiful property you will find an ideal place to spend your holidays and enjoy your swimming pool measuring 9 m long by 4 m wide with a depth of 1 m to 2.20 m.

You can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers at your disposal and savour delicious meals and dinners cooked in the outdoor kitchen which has an induction hob, fridge, and gas barbecue (the wood-fired oven cannot be used).

The outdoor area is completed by a toilet as well as an area set up for playing volleyball, landscaped areas and a porch where you can enjoy a good book or spend quality time with your friends or family.



The interior, with a modern and simple style, is distributed over a single floor with air conditioning in all rooms. The dining room features a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa and a table for 6 diners. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the utensils for cooking comfortably during your stay. In the house you can rest in three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds each. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub.



The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board at your disposal. Finally, if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
