"Had a handicap room so it was a little disappointing and the price we paid leading up to the football game was expected but the Monday through Saturday after was surprisingly high and if I checked out Monday and then checked back in I would have saved over 1K but when I asked the front desk there really weren’t interested in giving me a credit at all which I felt o was I titled to"

"Absolutely amazing property. All the staff- front desk and concierge, porters, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, spa staff, grounds crew, etc were all extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was beautiful with its decor, view of the grounds, space, sitting area, large tub, available water and coffee. It was such a treat to have the room prepared for evening with the chocolate on the pillow. Such a special treat! The variety of activities available were great....

"Mooi hotel, hele fijne kamer. We kwamen heel laat het hotel in na een lange reis en ondanks dat de baliemedewerker ons vertelde dat de bar gesloten was, heeft het personeel van de bar toch ons van een drankje voorzien."
