"This is a new rental--the tags are still on the furniture--so I'm hoping with this feedback, the owner will address the issues we had, which they may not have even been aware of. However, I wouldn't book without receiving confirmation that the necessary repairs have been made. The heaters made a horrible racket, a banging and a high pitched squeal, that made it impossible to sleep. The property management folks dropped off a space heater to get us through, but a plumber will need to fix both...

"My 3 young adult sons, my husband, and myself were looking for a location that would bring us within driving distance of totality for the solar eclipse on April 8th. We needed to bring our 4 year old dog who is used to some freedom with an invisible fence at home.This property had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and hang out rooms for us all to have our space.The land was beautiful and enough for us to take the dog out without worrying about neighbors being bothered, traffic, and the dog running...

"This property is listed as a smoke free. "No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises", are the exact words listed on the property description. Upon walking into the apartment, you are immediately faced with a pungent smell of cigarettes and what can only be described as body odor mixed with tacos. It was a horrible smell. We went and bought air fresheners that made no difference in the smell; didn’t even touch it. All of our clothes smelled of cigarettes and body odor and we could smell it...

"Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside has great upgrades. Very clean, well stocked kitchen supplies. Almost seemed like we were the first renters! Especially appreciated the AC! We picked this place b/c it is close to family and Killington Mtn. activities. Price was very reasonable. Nice outdoor grill, but did not use it over concern with the build up of grease/food particles in bottom."
