"Although this property is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ski lifts, we were offered a pick up on most mornings and afternoons. Our driver Nao was always extremely punctual, friendly and helpful. He drove us over to East Mountain directly on most mornings. He also picked us up from the shuttle bus on our arrival and dropped us off with our luggage to the bus on our departure. Nao also supplied us with a hot pot one evening which was absolutely delicious!"

"Such an amazing experience staying here for a week. Our group of 6 stayed in the Villa Tsubaki and had plenty of space. The entire Bliss staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly. "We stayed at the Sakura cottage and found its location very convenient to accessing the ski hills. Everyone at Bliss lodge was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered special nights showing how to make traditional Japanese food and offered advice on finding restaurants and transportation. We would highly recommend Bliss Lodge!"

"Fantastic stay at the Cottage. Stayed for 7 nights with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Sakoto and the staff were absolutely amazing, were so helpful. Helped clear all the snow from the car every morning and the driveway. Would highly recommend a stay at the cottage. It's a 5 minute drive to the slopes, would recommend having a car to get around. "

"A wonderful boutique hotel a short walk to everything. The private, bookable onsen was an amazing experience after a long day of travelling.
The hosts were perfect and really went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and easy. They provided lots of information about the area and about travelling through Japan in general. "

Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday."
