Welcome to 134 Bayview Drive, a luxury 4-bedroom coastal retreat just down the road from beautiful Barachois Beach and minutes from the vibrant village of North Rustico. Enjoy live music, fresh local seafood, charming shops, and stunning North Shore views—everything you need for the perfect PEI summer getaway.

Outdoor Living at Its Best
Unwind in the custom stone outdoor oasis featuring a private hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ, and kitchen area—perfect after a day at the beach. Spend your evenings by the fire pit, soaking in sunset views over North Rustico Harbour.

Spacious & Family-Friendly
With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. The entire house is air-conditioned for your comfort.

Main Level
The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, living room with TV, and dining area. Step through the patio doors onto the upper deck to enjoy ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. This level also includes a bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom.

Second Level
Upstairs you’ll find the primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out trundle. A full bathroom serves this level as well.

Lower Level
The basement offers a cozy TV lounge, a dedicated desk for remote work, a workout area with weights, and another full bathroom.

Property was great! Accommodated eight adults nicely. The manager was accessible to any questions we had. The hot tub was an added plus, we definitely enjoyed that. This location is Central to all the places we wanted to visit. The view is amazing. Quiet neighborhood just all around wonderful.

The cottage was lovely and a great fit for our family vacation on PEI. The view of Rustico Bay was beautiful. Relaxing time on the porch and in the window-filled dining room were great ways to spend our mornings and evenings. The hot tub was a bonus. Plenty of space for our family of six. The location was convenient for visiting PEI National Park and the Anne of Green Gables sites we went to see. Charming!

This property was above all our expectations. We were 8 and we had lots of room to play, relax, enjoy the beautiful sunsets.The place was immaculate when we arrived and it seems as if the host thought about everything that was needed for a weeklong stay.We would all highly recommend it.

Excellent stay!

The pictures seemed too good to be true, but in fact, the house is immaculate and spacious and the views are amazing. Really well laid out house for a big group or multiple couples or folks with little kids. Great amenities. Definitely need a car, but the town is close by for groceries and alcohol and some good restaurants. Super quiet neighbours.Well appointed kitchen including BBQ.

Beautiful cottage and amazing view.

We really enjoyed our time at the blue roof cottage. Great stay - kitchen is well equipped, enjoyed the hot tub, beds were comfy….all good!! Thanks for a fun 2 weeks!

Location & Coziness = Unforgettable Memories

Excellent location close to some of the best PEI beaches. The home felt like a luxury 5* hotel with great amenities, space, immaculate attention to detail and a lot of great character. Highly recommended to larger groups and families!

Great stay at Blue Roof

House was great, had 8 adults and 4 children and had lots of space for everyone. Was great to be right on Rustico bay. Spent lots of time out on the decks and around the fire table and hot tub. Kids enjoyed going down onto the beach to beachcomb. House had paddle boards and kayaks which would have been great to take out on the bay since it is quite sheltered but we didn't have time. Would definitely stay at the house again.

Annual Lawrence Family PEI Vacation. July 2024

We had a wonderful week at this rental. The home is lovely and the view is absolutely beautiful. The house was fully equipped to accomodate a large family. The area was central to lots of activities. Near great golf courses, restaurants and beaches. The Manager of the property was very professional and efficient. The owners were very accomodating and as a result we were able to have our entire family for this week in their beautiful home.

Beautiful, modern, spacious, well appointed home on the water. Convenient to town, groceries and restaurants. Central to several golf courses. Private and quiet. We were four golfers in our 60's Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
