"Centrally located in downtown Zurich, hotel Franziskaner. The room was amazingly clean and it has a kitchenette, stove, fridge, electric kettle that made our stay even more enjoyable since we can cook anything that we wanted to eat. The staff was excellent hands down they were so accommodating and so helpful, special mention to Alli and the amazing lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name). I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family if ever they visit Zurich. They...

"Great hotel close to the airport. Staff was friendly and the room category we were in fit our family of five well! Not of concern during our visit as the temperatures were comfortable during our stay, but the lack of air conditioning could be a surprise if unprepared and used to having it."

"The hotel is close to the airport but was so quiet. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast is exceptional. An Aldi grocery store is about a 10 minute walk away. The air conditioning was not very effective in our room. The carpet in the room, while clean, showed wear and tear. Overall a very good experience."

"The price of the room was good at < 100 CHF. However, I was charged an extra 20 CHF for parking. The bed and shower were clean but the walls were dirty. The shower doesn’t have a door and that resulted in water all throughout the bathroom. I’d stay here again but they might want to consider repainting the rooms and including parking."

"The only advantage we experienced with this hotel was that the train station is literally at the back of the hotel, and it's just a 5-minute walk. The room was ok but the pillows were very flat and lacked adequate filling. I had neck pain for a few nights. They don't invest in pillows for guests' comfort. Breakfast was so so and the same menu for those 4 nights we stayed."

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten äußerst bequem. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Es standen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was die Anreise sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: Es war lecker, frisch und bot eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. 😊"
