Canyon Acres Ranch Russell

The house was built in 1885 and was completely remodeled in 2023. It has one bedroom downstairs with a Queen size bed. It contains one bathroom, a modern kitchen, and an upstairs with three Queen size beds. It is located 3 miles out side of Russell, Kansas on Canyon Road, which is gravel. There is a beautiful deck out front with amazing views of the Canyon.

This house is located on Canyon Road which is a gravel road which can be muddy or snow packed depending on the time of year. Canyon Acres Ranch is a working Ranch with cattle on the premises. Children should not be allowed to wonder off and jump fences. You are likely to see someone working in the shed next door or checking cattle in the pasture behind the house. Please be respectful of any animals grazing on the property. This goes for adults as well. There is a possibility that someone could get hurt. There is also no shooting of firearms allowed on the premises.

The house is located on Canyon Road Northwest of Russell. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Main Street. The area is a rural area on a dirt road. This is a farm house and is in the country. Roads can be muddy, dusty, or snow packed depending on the time of year.

Parking is up a hill. There is plenty of parking for guests and trailers for horses.
This house is surrounded by a mixed-grass prairie. No outdoor fires, fireworks, firearm discharge, or anything that may potentially start a fire is allowed. Guests are expected to stay within the fenced in area. This is a working ranch. There are potential hazards associated with this environment.
