Runswick Sands

When we arrived, we were informed that there was no breakfast or food facilities on site. When booking somewhere to stay, I always click ' including breakfast' so I assumed that included in the price there was breakfast, which wasn't available.

Booked this for myself & staff as we were working nearby. This was a great place to stay, great pub with beautiful surrounding areas & nicely set on the river. The manager Stan was absolute class & we will definitely stay here again if working or even visiting the area.

​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Second to None! ​We had an absolutely flawless stay from start to finish. Claire was incredibly helpful, welcoming us warmly and taking us to our lovely, spotlessly clean room. ​The entire staff were amazing. The chef served up a spectacular breakfast that surpassed all expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, set in a fabulous village with a wonderful pub atmosphere. ​Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome—this is a truly great place to stay, and we highly recommend it! Will see you again soon ❤️
