Stayed in Ruidoso to attend the air races in Roswell and had a great time. This place is perfect for evenings after a day at the races: fire pit, game room, nearby restaurants, overall five star experience!

Excellent house for family of 6

The house sits high enough to enjoy the mountain views and is really close to restaurants and shopping. The 5 bedrooms allowed our family privacy and the game room brought us together to play pool and the arcade. It has a large kitchen and comfy furniture in the living room. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely book again the next time we visit Ruidoso.

I recommend this beautiful home to everyone. I loved the openness of the kitchen, living room and dining room. My family enjoyed all the amenities this home had to offer. My 15 year old grandson commented that this home was so cozy. I give this home a 10 star rating.

Retreat to move forward

Went up for a writing retreat with five other authors, and boy did we have a nice time. Place was clean and in a nice location, close to some hiking trails, including Grindstone. Good communication with the owners, including them buying us a water pitcher when it turned out there was no pitcher in the kitchen. Six beds, which was handy because there were six of us. It's pet-friendly, which didn't matter to us because none of us brought pets. We never did try the hot tub, so I don't know how that worked. But it looked fun! Charcoal grill outside worked just great. Spiral staircase isn't the sturdiest, so heavy people should be aware of that. Would have liked more robust wifi, because there were six of us all using it at once, but I suspect it's pretty hard to get blazing fast internet up there in the mountains. Anyway, a good time was had by all. Got lots of good fiction writing done. Thank you!

Beautiful Stay!

The property was just as pictured. We had a group of 10, and we all fit comfortably! The hangout area in the backyard was perfect for gatherings. The balcony was perfect for your morning coffee views, even saw some elk in the front yard a couple mornings. Location was perfect, was no more than 10 min to get to pretty much anywhere we were going! Was overall a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this house to friends and family! I know we'll be back!

Just what we needed!!!

We are a team of colleagues working in the wellness industry in El Paso TX, so getting away to regroup and have time as friends was exactly what we needed! We loved our Ruidoso Hang Out! It went above our expectations in every aspect of the home. The home was immaculate, well stocked, provided exceptional space and gave a sense of warmth holiday style! In an exceptionally quiet neighborhood with a wonderful hot tub to enjoy at the end of each day. What an amazing and relaxing environment. The home is well decorated, and our favorite past time was playing pool and Packman! Plenty of parking and the views from the master suite of the mountains was a great way to start the day! We didn't wanna leave this luxurious and beautiful home! Trista was amazing to work with and was available to us if we needed assistance. It was the perfect getaway and the perfect place! A Mountain Getaway with Exceptional Amenities and Warm Hospitality

From the moment we arrived at this charming Ruidoso property, we knew we had found a special place. Nestled amidst breathtaking mountain views, this home provided the perfect backdrop for our retreat. The owners were outstanding in their communication, promptly responding to any questions, which made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The house itself is a treasure trove of amenities. The game room became our nightly entertainment hub, boasting a pool table and a nostalgic arcade game. The several fire pits and hot tub complemented by beautiful decks – including one in the master bedroom – allowed us to immerse ourselves in the serene surroundings. The added luxury of smart TVs in every room ensured that relaxation was always at our fingertips. A highlight of our stay was a picturesque hike nearby, made even more magical by a snowfall – a special treat that enhanced the beauty of the area. This property is not just a place to stay; it’s a gateway to experiencing the tranquility and beauty of Ruidoso. A note for future guests: the master bedroom is uniquely situated upstairs, accessible via a narrow, winding staircase, or an external staircase. While this added a quaint charm and privacy to our stay, those with mobility concerns should note that this room may not be easily accessible; however, the property thoughtfully offers four additional, comfortable bedrooms on the first floor. We left with beautiful memories and a promise to ourselves to return to this gem!

Loved it!

We went up for a winter getaway for one night. Our party enjoyed the cleanliness, space, billiards game room, and hot tub. This is a spacious house in near every fun activity you could think of in Ruidoso NM. The owner replies quickly and is very accommodating. We will be booking again!

Great Family Holiday

This lovely house provided the perfect location for our family Thanksgiving. It's clean, beautifully decorated, and in a good location. The kids loved the pool table, Pac Man game, fire pit, and the hot tub. Our trip was made even more pleasant by the helpful attentiveness of our host. Great Stay!

Loved the house it looked even nicer in person. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Lots of space in the home. Definitely deserved the 5 stars. Did have some cleaning rules before you leave so if you don’t mind then this place is perfect. But if you do then keep that in mind.

Had a wonderful time.

The house was just as pictured, and there were even a few bonuses. I don't remember seeing a hot tub listed, but there's one now. That and the pool table kept the older kids entertained in our downtime. We have a little one, and although we had brought a pack and play of our own, it was nice to find a second one in a closet downstairs. There were even a couple sleds for a trip to White Sands in the hall closet! Be sure to stop at the White Sands gift shop and pick up some wax before you go into the park.
